What is rotomoulding technology?

Rotational molding is a low pressure, high temperature manufacturing method for producing hollow one-piece plastic parts with uniform wall thickness (it is possible to alter the wall thickness without changing the mould), complex shapes and signed inside and outside the products.

Rotomoulding process consist of 3 main stages:

• Loading the resin in the mould
• Heating and fusion of resin
• Cooling prior to unloading part
